This might be a fair match, might not. I think Spender has ways to take her out with speed amps and EE, so let's see how this goes.

Base Shiki, starting distance of 20 meters. Spender is in Spirit Fusion, speed is equalized, otherwise SBA.

Richard Spender - 7 (Apies, Dragon, Sol, Litentric, Zack, Ovens, Phoenix)

Ryougi Shiki -

Incon -

Ryougi shiki

Spender can't do Spirit Trance while fused, can he? We don't have a lot of information on Spirit Fusion, but I feel like Spender might just be at max stats in that form. Besides that I need more information on this Mystic Eyes of Death Perception (<<HA. I see what they did there) line thing. Depending on what form it takes, speed amps might be useless anyway.

I suppose spirit fusion esentially puts him in Spirit Trance in regards to speed, at least going by times Lucifer has controlled him and enhanced his speed to that level. But since we only ever see it once and never again, I'm not sure.

MEoDP allows Shiki to cut a series of lines that are present in everything, living and non-living, and it allows her to kill it on the conceptual level. This includes physical things like a lock/chain, magic-based attacks, and non-physical spirits. However, it is limited to range of things she can touch with her hands or a bladed weapon she has on her; I.E. her knife.

So, if Spender gets close, both he, Lucifer, and The Shadow are very, very dead.

I feel like just based on the mechanics we are familiar with, Spirit Fusion is Spirit Trance but with all stats.

As for Shiki, my main issue was her range but if it's melee that makes this much harder to figure out. I guess most of Spender's arsenal is range. Hmm, let me think on this.

Well, Shiki could just kill whatever projectiles he throws at her, and after that, Spender would try and use his less go-to powers, such as his Shadow abilities. He could ragdoll her with her own shadow given the AP gap, although Shiki could just stab her shadow to stop that. Which sort of just leaves the Shadow chasms, which if Shiki kills while inside would either mean her lower body being EE'd or stuck inside the ground, leaving her immobile.

Still iffy on who would win, depends entirely on wheather Spender gets close or keeps his distance.

I think I'm gonna give this to Spender after a very hard fought battle. It seems like Shiki can counter pretty much all his abilities with the execption of Shadow Chasm, and only because if she ever get's caught in it she's dead.

How likely is Spender to use his EE in character? Because Shiki is very likely to use her Death Hax in character, and 20 meters isn't much to cross with High Hypersonic travel speed

Dargoo and Apies explain it above

Voting Shiki FRA. The questions above are just queries.
How are you voting Shiki fra if no one voted for Shiki?

Could you put it into a more vote like format?

It just goes

Question about Shiki, another Question about Shiki, and then Shiki for reasons above that don't exist. (If you're referring to Iapitus's comments as the fra, saying that one character is likely to do something isn't enough reasoning for a vote)

The chasm can be cut. Plus, she's got that arm augmentation that lets her grab non-corporeals from a distance too.
And if she's caught in it at all she's either severly handicaped or dead. Shadow Chasm works by turning shadows on the ground into bottomless pits and back again. The result is the part caught in the ground no longer exsists.

Well, firstly Shiki's death hax is conceptual level. It was capable of destroying a timeline branch based on future probabilities, so she should be able to cut any move Spender comes up with. She can grab ghosts from afar with her arm augmentation which is tk-like but only affects non corporeals. Spender may be able to take her by surprise, so there's that, but 6/10 times Shiki should be able to react in time to that EE chasm which seems to be Spender's best move.

That we know of. There was the time when his stomach opened up and evil ghost tentacles tried to kill everyone, but that was interupted.

And if she loses her legs she's gonna bleed out.

I've watched the entirety of KnK and I can say she's never done anything like that in her Base form.

It was capable of destroying a timeline branch based on future probabilities, so she should be able to cut any move Spender comes up with.

Again, I never saw Base Shiki pull anything like that.

She might lose her legs but she can still cut.

I mean, that's assuming she is in a shadow that allows her to grab on a ledge, and even then that still got most of Forge's lower body removed.

She survived her hand cut off for a while though. And while that makes her immobile, she can pull Spender towards her like Scorpion and stab him in the nuts.

Even if all Shiki can do is crawl, she can actually destroy injuries like diseases (tho not regrow her legs, obviously), She has basically already won since his projectiles are useless at that point and he has lost the only way he had to win

I'm pretty sure she ain't doing that with the AP gap, if you're talking about her spectral arm.

Already explained that cutting distance is not a thing she does in base.

Yeah, and she either gets trapped underground and suffocates, gets partially trapped underground, gets incapped, and projectiled by a 9-A, or considering how the chasms work her lower body gets EE'd.

The chasms EE when they are illuminated/leave, so Shiki's lower body would stop existing if the shadow does.

I'm assuming that her lower body will be EEed. And she can pull Spender with sufficient lifting strength. As he's a ghost, he doesn't have weight.

Spender isn't a ghost; although he's underweight as far as middleschool teachers go.

Spender has better lifting strength too, iirc.

Spender dodges, considering one of his first moves in Fusion form is to take to the sky?

He can also just shoot the kife mid-flight, grab it by its shadow, etc.

@Dargoo The votes on the OP are reversed btw.

Also, Shiki did kill an entire timeline in Mirai Fukuin, but could only do so when the probability of that specific future became 100%, as otherwise, she couldn't perceive it among the billions of other possibilities. So even if she could do it in base, she can only cut that future when it becomes effectively inevitable. This could possibly help, but for now I vote Spencer FRA.
