I changed it to possibly due to the fact that the Nakagami Armor can negate Magic, so it's possible it could negate the Time Stop
 
I mean, it is the literal incarnation of plot armor in FT so its possible (plus she's Erza). Ignoring PIS, Dimaria wrecks, better magic, better waifu, better love interest.

No, that would be too much of assumption. Erza never shown to neg magic that affects wide area before.
 
In character means that Dimaria will strips Erza of her clotches first. That wouldn't be a problem since not Erza doesn't really mind being naked but also can just replaced her clothes with a new one in a heartbeat.

But then again, Erza probably wouldn't figured out how Dimaria done it so....

Dimaria via eventually stops playing around and finishes Erza off.
 
Because Dimaria strips people of clothing first while Erza doesn't care. Erza can one-shot stronger Spriggans, so if she manages to hit Dimaria then she wins. If Dimaria timestops and actually goes for the kill then she wins.
 
But erza doesn't know that dimaria will try and stip her clothings. Also after stripping erza, dimaria will simply return to her previous position like she always does. Erza won't start attacking dimaria when all of her clothes has been stripped from her, instead she will be shocked or act shy.

After dimaria is done having her fun with erza, she will just go ahead and kill her off. This simply isn't a match, it's a stomp. Erza has no way to protect herself from dimaria's attack, she is just like a fish on the chopping bored.

I don't recall Erza ever one shotting or even defeating a spriggan alone as she is in this battle. What I do recall however is: that Ajeel (Dimaria is as strong as he is) overpowered and would have killed her if not for Bisca; Neinhart defeating her and that Erza needed her strongest armours and Wendy boosting her to even do any damage to Irene (which irene shrugged of each time)

I agree with you on that. Erza is just like a fish on chopping bored, there is no way for her to protect herself from dimaria's attacks.
