...If Chowder didn't have mid-godly. I don't think 682 can get around that. And from the sounds of it the mid-godly is quick and reusable enough for 682 to be unable to incap.
So while 682 can summon black holes on top of Chowder, he'll just come back and kind of be unable to do anything to 682.
Inconclusive since neither can take down the other.

True, just went back and read the experiment where they used 372 and 682 knocked it out and 682 would have killed 372 if the staff didnt intervene

I don't believe 682 can deal with BFR without extended canon. 682 could probably also get reality-warped. 682's AP would also be much lower, so he couldn't touch Chowder, 682's speed would also be vastly lower...

Is Chowder's plot manip combat applicable? If not then Chowder incapacitates 682 by punching/reality warping.

I would say inconclusive as 682 cant get past Mid-Godly Regn and Chowder cant get past Low-Godly Regn
