Speed not equalized, I don't know which key they're using and Tsunayoshi's might as well be 7-A against a much less than that Mikoto... stomp thread unless you make some decent edits. This thread is just lazy.

Would be best to use the first key of each of them. Mikoto's railgun has penetrative power, iron sand can cut, she is an extraordinary genius so I'd vote for her thanks to higher versatility, high-diff.

And damn, reading Mikoto's page always makes me fantasize with the idea of her being unable to master Level 6 but still doing something like allow her body with the appearance of base form to stabilize and remain sentient at higher percents of the shift so she could use 65% at base and 80% with adrenaline boosts and stuff. :v Level "5.6" Mikoto ftw, that's my headcanon

Whaddya mean redux? We could remake the thread or ask someone impartial to do so for us using their basest bases.

Oh, sure.

I'm only not doing it because I would certainly vote for Misaka Mikoto and OP can't vote, lol.

Top tier waifu <3

@Mand21

Thanks for the critism(Sarcasm) but I hope you take into consideration that I was a new user by the time this thread was made. And therefore, I didn't know how things worked quite yet.

It's alright mate,we also an newbie before and didn't know how thing work, but later we more learning about this, about that, etc, same with you.

Oh, sorry. -q I was a bit too rude. >.>

Can you make the edits right here so that we can proceed with the voting?

Bump. If everything is done right, my vote for Misaka FRA remains
Sorry it took me so long, I just edited it.

And your comments earlier, what do you mean by "Key"?

I'm trying to check, but ain't sure. Mikoto seems to scale from being slower (?) than Mach 292 people, while Tsuna scales from being faster than Mach 490 people. Even if she's very high into High Hypersonic+, I guess this is a blitz, so speed should likely be equalized for movement and reactions/base combat.

Gah why i forget this, remove this part:

"Tsuna can't transform further than Hyper Dying Will and Misaka can't transform into Level 6"

This version of Tsuna Always active hyper dying will, for Mikoto AP dude.

Mikoto high-diff.

I just want to warn you that only Mikoto's 1 billion volts discharges are 7C, so even with the AP 7C, its durability will still be a normal human

Her durability is 9-C regardless. All she needs to do is never take a hit. If she does, she's dead, after all, but that's how so many battles she won worked.

if a distance is specified, perhaps 30 meters, Mikoto will have more chance, anything much smaller than 20 meters will give much advantage to the tsuna.

The standard distance is that of the range of the longest ranged fighter. This means that yeah, Mikoto has that advantage.

If the speed difference is only 2 or 3 times, it doesn't really need to be equalized honestly. I don't believe that's enough of a difference to blitz.

Yes, I always forget this rule of distance. Tsuna have more mobility and more durability, Mikoto have more intelligence and more range. as Mikoto's electricity is natural, Tsuna will not be able to absorb it, the AP of both of them is very similar from what I could understand, so neither of them have the advantage in this, but as Mikoto is the only one with far-reaching attacks in this fight, and the fight would begin at 50 meters going by Railgun, she will have a great advantage at the beginning and will be able to hold a slight amount of time if Tsuna gets very close. Voting in mikoto

It's been a long time since I've watched Reborn. In the Varia Arc, was Tsuna not yet able to perform X-Burner?

Hmm... Misaka only has one 7-C attack with lightning strikes. And Tsuna has knowledge of that from OP. So he can beware and avoid that. While Mikoto's knowledge about Tsuna strongest attack (which should be Zero point Breakthrough: First Edition) seem not to help her much since even Tsuna's normal punch or kick is enought to one-shot glass cannon like her.

Tsuna has disadvantage in range and he need to get close Mikoto first. But I think that he should be able to avoid and get close her. Even a clumsy character like Leviathan can dodge a real lightning. And Tsuna's mobility is far greater than him. Not to mention that his Hyper Intuition can also help him to avoid Mikoto's attack in some degree.

While Tsuna can't absorb real lighting. He can still generate barrier from his flame to help him block her attacks.

Tsuna also won against some opponents who has advantage in range, such as berserk Gola Mosca which he can dodge its missiles and enerygy shots spam without problem, or Xanxus who is an combar expert on both close and far ranges and has far more experience on combat than him.

Vote for Tsuna.

My biggest question is, is speed going to remain equalized? That may or may not change who I vote for.

Also, Misaka is only 7-C with that one attack? I didn't realize that.

She has 8-A penetration power with Railgun, though. She should be able to damage him with any of her attacks, although only lightly.

Mikoto isn't someone who'd get taken down just because her opponent can dodge her attacks, either. She has shown the ability to use iron sand to pretty much change the environment. Getting close to her means risking eletrocution.

She can only cause Tsuna low amounts of damage, but any of her attacks does that, contrary to what you may be thinking, and she's able to fight for hours or days on end, plus has that Extraordinary Genius tatical and academic intellect. She isn't getting fodderized because her opponent is a tier above.

Technically, she can make all her attacks stay 7C until she's exhausted. Edit: btw, if the speed is not equalized, it will be a blitz for Tsuna

Speed is equalized, you just have to read the OP.

And yeah, if she can keep speed equalized until exhaustion, then she can keep shooting 7-C railguns with perhaps even higher than 7-C penetration powers and her stamina should last until Tsuna dies.

Where is 8-A penetration Railgun come from? I only see her has 8-A with iron sand. And the gap between 8-A and Tsuna's is large. Which is around 20x for least case. That's not really even make a scratch.

Tsuna can still just kepp flying away to dodge all of her attacks. And his stamina isn't low. He is a quick learner and master on dynamic control his Dying Will Flame that know about best opportunity to use his flame in most effective. Wile Misaka need to spam her attack. Tsuna can just keep cool and store hiis enerygy until she exhausted.

Extraordinary Genius didn't mean she will be greater in combat. Yes she can plan but Tsuna isn't a fool that let her move without do nothing.

Lke I already said. Tsu can still generate barrier from his flame to help him block her attacks. So he can protect himself from eletrocution even when get close. And heat from his flame is hot enough to melt iron. So her iron sand will be melted too.

Here's the calculation for 8-A, btw, if tsuna confused a railgun with the Xanxus attacks and tried to absorb them with ZPB revised, would that put him in danger?

And where do these tsuna's flame barriers come from?
