We've already discussed this and we are going to need evidence about the lightning bending speed.

Hmm... Is it possible to compare the time and speed of when Zuko bended actual lightning from clouds (we know the speed for obvious reasons, but we' need the time), and compare it to the time taken when Azula does her own, and get a ratio? Or is that still calc stacking?

For example. Say Zuko's CtG lightning was 10 fps, and Azula's was 6. Could we find a ratio between the two and use division to find the speed of Azula's lightning? Again, could be calc stacking.
