I think I'll vote Zoro fra. I think that Zoro at this point in the series has more battle experience than Luffy. Until then, Luffy didn't have too much battle experience, having only sparred with Ace for most of his teenage years and then fought some of the big bads such as Buggy, Kuro, and Don Krieg. Zoro, on the other hand, had been a bounty hunter for presumably several years and had several more techniques and skills than Luffy did at that point. Zoro showed much more endurance and stamina than Luffy did at this point in the series, so Zoro would probably outlast Luffy. I also don't think that Luffy could get around Zoro's blades cutting through his body. For all those reasons, while it would definitely be a difficult battle, I'm still giving this to Zoro.
