Because Zoro wasn't a confirmed Hao user at this point and it was build up to the moment against King. No hao infused attack has ever been shown without black lightning.

There's no exception, even Zoro when he's confirmed to use hao infusion has lightning. This just isn't hao infusion.

still pointless to point out he has Hao randomly if he didn't use it on his attack. I do not care if Oda didn't show black lightning. He likely just forgot or something. He forgets a good amount of things, after all.

Literally in the same chapter haoshoku infusion got named dropped and spammed a few chapters, it wasn't forgotten it just wasn't infusion.

IMO Zoro's Asura was somewhat boosted by Infusion in 1010, it just wasn't refined like Luffy and Kaido since Zoro had no idea that he had it.
It was sort of like his KoH (Enma + Hao), just weaker due to both his Enma and Hao Infusion not being as "refined" and controlled as they were in 1035.
