I was wondering since Toriko was considered High Hypersonic during the Ice Hell Arc if Zebra would be around that same speed considering that he matched Toriko against a nitro during the gourmet pyramid arc

Hmm. I find it odd that he'd be that much slower than Toriko right there, considering where he appeared at by the time the feat was already passed.
So i think his speed should be scaled accrodingly to Toriko and all. Though i do find the first two of his speed keys being....very odd, for there to not be of any justification except for maybe the one about him being scaled to Toriko.
Aside taht, yeah i'd say he should be scaled.

I'd say it's alright, yeah. Is this only for Zebra for his first, maybe even second speed key, yeah?

I'll try to take a further look at them but fair enough for now.
So yes once again, i think it's fine to adjust it as the nitro he and Toriko fighting was capable of keeping up with them, Toriko beforehand having done a HHS+ feat and so Zebra should be of that scale as well.
The second key is kind of confusing but you can change to be like HHS+ as well or of the sorts.
