Zatanna vs Twilight Sparkle (My Little Pony vs DC Comics) (1-1-7)

Is Sparkle's mind manip resistance baseline

She scales to Celestia who can resist mind manip on the level of the entire world iirc. So no, it's not baseline at all.

But even if that weren't the case, Zatanna's gonna fire faster and as such even with a chance of failing, she'll win more often than not.

The point FinePoint is making is that Zatanna has so many options that don't work, while Twilight's less versatile arsenal has a better ratio of win conditions.

I'm not sure what the current standards are on baseline resistance, but I'd argue that empathic manipulation isn't really the same thing anyways.

Mind manip that can manipulate the entire world >>>>> empath manip that can bypass 1 person's resistance

She should resist it. Empath manip is a byproduct of mind manipulation.
