Zamasu Time Travel

In the latest episode of DBS Zamasu appears in universe 7 Trunks's timeline and Zamasu lives in universe 10. This can't come from the time ring as they only allow you to travel forward and back to the present. So should Zamasu have time travel listed in his abilities or should we what till next episode to see how he did it.

Also, apparently attacks don't effect him in the next episode for whatever reason, so I have a feeling that his Durability will get buffed.
