They're currently scaled to 6-C for being able to survive attacks from a casual Defense Armor Sensui...who's Low 6-B. Shouldn't they be High 6-C for that? I mean, they're not close enough to be on his level, but High 6-C works fine.

I'm fine with this. Sensui's casual punches in that armour were calc'ed at 200 to 400 Gigatons if I recall correctly. So that's lower end to almost middle end of High 6-C.

I think the confusion was because the OBD has no "Large Island level" and just gave them "Island level+" ratings. Whoever made the profiles here likely just dropped the "+" symbol and perhaps didn't take a look at the calc I mentioned above.

I would also like to point out that High 6-C Upper A-class beings would be consistent with Koenma's statement about his father (who is likely Upper A-class himself) being able to unleash the mightiest of Earthquakes.
