With the speed advantage Yusuke have the upper hand, but Brosuke can compensate the handicap with his healing ability and his trickster fighting style which revolve around the usage of confusing attacks, poisoning attacks, feints and so on.Brosuke have even greater reaction speed compared to Yusuke in the Dark Tournament Saga.

So for me the response is: Brosuke win this mid/high diff
