Hmm, Madara has a good AP advantage, though that's easily hard countered by Terumi's self observation and his life link with Noel. So he's not going to die anytime soon. The azure grimoire will definitely screw madara over as well as having his regen get negated pretty badly. Terumi likely takes this and ends this entire match with just this.
