Well Wanda has the AP advantage, but I'm not sure if it's enough to one shot.
But at the other hand, Sasha could apparently one shot Wanda and her shields, so that's a thing
Sasha is pretty quick to lead off with her tar attacks, she's always trying to bring new people into her thrall, but I can't remember how quickly Wanda will try to mind hax. She was pretty quick to use it in AoU, but past that I can't remember.
Gonna wait for more input before voting.

Scarlet Witch telekinetically disassembles Sasha to utter oblivion the instant she gets close
Sure she gets one shotted without shields and gets mindhaxed, but that isn't going to come to it, especially since she loves doing the Range game.

Has Scarlet Witch ever lead off with telekinetic disasembly in character?
And Sasha doesn't really need to get all that close in order to mind hax, her *sigh* vomit stream could reach pretty far in the comics, and she'll also bring out her energy shockwaves fairly quick when her opponent is out of tar range.
Also, I'm seeing Wanda's shields placing at city level, is this a typo or...?

Dissembles no, but leading with TK is in character
In Age of Ultron and a couple times in Infinity war she instantly picks up her enemies and throws them.
