Leaning towards inconclusive. Erza has better hax and durability but Toguro has the OP regen.

Erza decimates with all of her various equipment much more versatile given the situation

Erza wins with versatility. Toguro's regen isn't that great. Tough fight, but Erza edges him out in the end. Or if Toguro is winning Erza can go to her godly flame pants and punch his lights out like she did to Kyouka lol
