You are talking about when Homer entered in the "third dimension"

I don´t think that was universe level,and when that "universe" (Because it seems more like a Pocket Reality dimension) blows up,he then appeared in the real world,that looks like more BFR

To be fair. That's if frieza took it seriously immediately. It isn't blood lusted. So he isn't gonna try and avoid Homer likely through cocky nature. Like he didn't avoid hakia

Freezer is not gonna waste his time with a "clown" like Homer either,he will treat him like Nail and notice that he can hurt him,then starts fighting seriusly

So Homer has to start with a one hit kill move like death touch to kill Freezer at the beginning and is impossible to know if Homer will use that or his 400 another powers we have to discover yet

Frieza would be capable of freezing Homer in place and just pelting him with Death Beams until he dies or Frieza gets bored.

If Homer is immortal then it depends on whether or not Frieza can shut him down. Would Homer's feats enable him to escape a black hole? How does his immortality work? If he respawns in a limited distance then it is feasible for Frieza to defeat him via TK into Black Hole or TK into Star or TK into planet core or even TK into lava if Homer lacks resistances to survive such instances.
