Yoruichi Tiering for TYBW and FGST

I was reading through Yoruichi's page as research for writing a Bleach character and I happened to come across her Tiering. In the Fake Karakura Town Arc, it's known that she's Country level (6-B). Shouldn't she also be 6-B in the Thousand Year Blood War and Flash God Super Transformation, possibly higher given that she "shouldn't be weaker than before"?

Ask a few of the knowledgeable members of Bleach, I think they know something on this matter. This sentence either makes no sense or the characters from the scaling are forgotten to be updated.

Sorry if I can't answer it personally, I am unaware of Bleach-verse.
