Well, even in Fun and Games Board, The Transcendence (Xeelee Sequence) stomp witch Concept Hax, Acausality (Type 4), and Abstract Existence (Type 1), mean Yoko can't affect it her Probability Manipulation or based abilities.

The Transcendence (Xeelee Sequence) have Acausality (Type 5) so she is not affecting it unless she has Conceptual Manipulation (Type 2)

With Spiral Power-style of reactive evolution she can potentially grant herself the ability to do so, but the application of that would skid towards nlf. But then I am happy that you are able to upgrade the transcendence, one of the strongest sci fi verses around.
