To qualify for 1-A in our standard, you need to be above the concept of dimensions in a way that no matter how many you stack even infinite, you cannot be reached.
The question: Is the true form of Yogiri above the concept of dimensions? For example, no matter how many dimensions are stacked, they will never be able to reach him at all.

Fair question, and here is the simple one, he is not actually jumping to high tiers, he is already one 1-B (possible high 1-B) and that's HDE.
