There's no difference from the last thread and even when Yhwach gets upgraded from the Novel it will still be inconclusive since physicals mean nothing.
They are both power copiers with dozens of powers, meme Regenerationn/resurrection and power nullification with resistances that prevent them from putting down each other.

Actually i wouldn't count too much on the last thread. Before it turned inconclusive it was actually 6 (medaka) to 5 (inconclusive). Medaka was close to winning that.

Scar Dead: A Minus that allows Medaka to reopen any wound someone has ever received, no matter how old the wound is. This ability extends not only to physical wounds, but to mental wounds as well, allowing her to destroy her foes' minds by reopening all of their mental wounds and traumas at once, ignoring their physical durability.

Well, just to recap you if you forgot.
"As Yhwach proclaims that his ability to change the future allows him to overwrite even his own death, Ichigo attempts to attack him, only for Yhwach to blast Tensa Zangetsu away before engulfing Ichigo in his black Reiatsu. With his Reiatsu spreading to cover even the Shakonmaku, Yhwach declares that both the Human World and Soul Society will become one before his power, only to be interrupted when Uryü Ishida fires an arrowhead of Still Silver through his chest while recalling his father's explanation of how Still Silver will briefly stop Yhwach's powers upon making contact with his blood. With Yhwach's Reiatsu receding, Ichigo grabs Tensa Zangetsu and leaps toward him on Uryü's command. As Ichigo swings Tensa Zangetsu toward him, Yhwach attempts to break the blade once more, but the white portion of the Bankai crumbles to reveal Ichigo's original Shikai within. Realizing that the dream which Jugram Haschwalth sent him was actually a vision of this future, Yhwach is bifurcated by Ichigo.
With his body dispersing, Yhwach grabs Ichigo's blade and declares that the path to a world with no fear is being closed. In other words Scar Dead will open the damage of 'S'till Silver that briefly stops Yhwach's powers caused by Uryu arrow with the follow slash by Ichigo's Tensa Zangetsu, aka Yhwach reliving the same damage that killed him in the first place.

Your argument falls part once you relaize battles place everyone at peak condition, so unless this is an imaginary Yhwach that has already been sealed and killed by Ichigo that Bleach wiki copy and paste means nothing here.

Yhwach may still be alive, but his defeat still happen from the combo between Uryu and Ichigo. Scar Dead is just replaying that same moment.

Everyone in there peak doesn't mean Yhwach is immune to what happen already. Yhwach still lost the battle against Ichigo all because of Still Silver combo. Scar Dead is allowing for that same moment to replay what he has already experienced.
Yhwach may still be alive, but his defeat still happen from the combo between Uryu and Ichigo. Scar Dead is just replaying that same moment.
