Soul King Yhwach replaces Thanos in the MCU trying to collect the stones?

Yhwach's Goal:
The purpose of this thread is to see who will succeed and if so, how would the Avengers overcome the Sternritters & Yhwach's Hax?
Rules:
- Assume the Quincy can be harm by the Avengers to make the story interesting, even if the Quincy soldat are stronger than the Chitauri.
- Assume Yhwach can use the star-like Walwerth in outer space like a space ship.
- Assume Yhwach controls the electrons of Kishi as if it was Reishi and allows him to keep everyone inside the star-shape castle alive with oxygen.
- Assume Yhwach gets same AP and durability as Thanos in the MCU.
- Assume nobody else from the Bleach universes exist in this What-if that includes Hollows, Shinigmai, Fullbringers, etc.
Yhwach's Goal:
- Initial Conquest: Yhwach would likely start by conquering various alien races to build his army, similar to Thanos. He'd use his ability to share his soul and grant powers to create new Sternritters from powerful alien warriors.
- Chitauri get replaced with Soldat-Quincy
- Stone Collection: Yhwach would dispatch his Sternritters to locate and retrieve the Infinity Stones, using their unique abilities to overcome obstacles.
- Earth Invasion: Knowing Earth holds multiple stones, Yhwach would eventually lead a full-scale invasion using the Wandenreich's frozen palace as a mobile base.
- The Avengers (Loki's invasion):
- Sternritter "B" Jugram Haschwalth: Sent to oversee the operation and retrieve the Tesseract (Space Stone).
- Sternritter "F" Äs Nödt: To spread fear among Earth's population.
- Thor: The Dark World:
- Sternritter "V" Gremmy Thoumeaux: Sent to intercept the Reality Stone, using his imagination powers to counter its effects.
- Guardians of the Galaxy:
- Sternritter "X" Lille Barro: Dispatched to obtain the Power Stone, using his intangibility to bypass Nova Corps defenses.
- Age of Ultron:
- Sternritter "W" Nianzol Weizol: Sent to manipulate events from the shadows, ensuring the Mind Stone remains accessible.
