While I agree that we should not scale top tiers from the meteor we have so many verses and characters which are scaled from destructive capacity feat and nobody has a problem with that. Like RBWY top tears are scaled from only 7-C storm feat while reast of the feat are 8-B at best. Same thing about | this guy
