Last I heard from ALRF, Amakasu's resistances are like on a 2-B scale. And Rosenkreuz's aren't Tier 2 in potency let alone that of Amakasu's so I don't think so?
Edit: Checked Ama's page cuz I haven't done so in a long time. Seems like he doesn't but I would assume he could still or something. IDK (shrugs)
