He has his normal briah which he instantly uses every time.

Then there is his true briah which allows him to kill people with a glare and produce shockwaves. That version is activated if he is touched while in briah.

Xue Ying speed normally is 976.676 (Massively Hypersonic) but can be doubled with the Bloodline Power without using the Extreme Piercing which will make his speed immeasurable. He will be blitzed for sure (without Extreme Piercing) but can he touch Xue Ying as his whole being can't be touched by mortal matter and can become intangible.
