Asriel starts off with absorbing every soul in all of the underground, then he simply attacks with energy blasts, fire and other power and at last he eats the timeline as a whole.

Aren't there numerous possibilities of what Goku can do at the start of a fight. If you kept resetting time, couldn't the possibility of Goku using his seal be one of them? And wouldn't that end the fight?
Why would he save and reload if he didn't die? And has Asriel ever been sealed before, and has he ever reversed time when he was sealed to be unsealed?

And the whole god of death worked on someone infinitely below asriel, not much of a feat. Gokubcan just flex his way out of it.
