Magnetism Manipulation (Not combat applicable),

AFAIK, Clefairy can't learn anything like Magnet Rise, Magnet Bomb, nor Magnetic Flux. (The last of which is also awful Statistics Manipulation; It raises the Def & Sp. Def of ally-side Pokemon (User & ally if applicable.) with the Plus or Minus ability, but the only Pokemon that can learn Magnetic Flux at all are Electrode, Zapdos, Ampharos, Magnezone, Probopass, Klinklang, Magearna, Toxtricity, & Sandy Shocks. Of those, only Ampharos, Klinklang & Toxtricity can have Plus or Minus, making it awful for the others.)

Don't think that works, since while the weakness is ironic for the category Kalifa's bubbles still have decent combative usages in defense and offense scenarios.

As opposed to John Constantine who's water manip is basically just a parlor trick with him manipulating his beer to make a snake image.

Gonna suggest Naota Nandaba (in his first key) for portal creation and gravity manipulation.

Portal Creation:

It creates portals bringing machines from an organization trying to destroy all life in the galaxy to him. He can’t control when it happens since it’s based on his emotions and occasionally the emotions of those around him. The portal is created in his head and occasionally the heads of his friends. Sometimes the machines that come out of it don’t come out all the way and just drag him around by the head, and other times he gets caught on/by them as they come out. The machines that come out are always fighting, and in all cases but one were actively hostile to and much stronger than him, so this puts him in a lot of danger. It also appears to be painful or at least leave him dazed. It only seems to go in one direction. Lastly, it causes various things to sprout out of his head including horns, bumps, cat ears, and the trigger of a gun, and makes it so his brain appears to be missing on medical scans, which gets him a lot of unwanted attention.

Gravity manipulation:

When the aforementioned portals open, he gets lifted slightly into the air, then falls.
By comparison, the Trickster’s gravity rooms can at least confuse intruders and potentially get them to fall for a trap.

• Imp can implant the soul with invisible text saying that the soul is corrupted, by that particular devil, and the Archdevil they were serving. This text can only be read by other devils of a high enough intelligence.
• Spider-Man communicates by creating speech bubbles.
• The Accused causes a crime someone committed to be written on that person's forehead. This writing disappears by the next dawn, and the spell has a chance to backfire, writing the crime on the foreheads of everyone nearby.

Gorilla for Superhuman Physical Characteristics. As far as I can tell it's just slightly higher than peak Lifting Strength.


Any human from The Amazing Digital Circus for Transformation. If their mind ever becomes too broken or unstable, they turn into a hostile monster with no control of themselves, and it is impossible for them to return to their original state.

Honestly all of these are kind of useful. Theoretically yes, however it's useless in the verse as all the characters are in a virtual world where they have eternal life, are resilient, and are deathless. There is, practically speaking, is no possible danger to them in that world as Caine is the only reason anything happens and his reality warping crazy mind isn't going to let them be in any actual harm.

Abstracting in the verse is basically the equivalent of death for it.

Apologies to nitpick, & while I'll admit that brevity is the soul of wit, I think you may be "overselling" this, as, based on the Pokedex entry, the Magnetism Manipulation is only even used/occurring, when the Clefairy gather together on a night with a full moon & dance; Ergo, it requires a group of them, specific circumstances, & the whole group doing specific actions.

This reminded me of a character who fits the time travel equivalent for it, Rintarou Okabe.

A character who's time travel method is  very limited. With the Time Leap Machine, he can time travel under these specific conditions.

1. It needs to be exposed to an excess of electrons from an external source (such as a 42-inch Braun Tube TV, which is a rare and outdated item even in Okabe's time) in order to create Kerr black holes, which allow data and objects to travel back in time.

2. Anything other than data that goes through the black hole is 'gelified'. Additionally, only objects small enough to fit in the microwave can use it to physically travel back in time (such as bananas).

3. The primary form of time travel is through D-Mails (which are phone emails) which have a limited amount of data than can be typed into it (only 36 bytes)

4. The alterations made by the message run on butterfly effect rules, causing any alterations to be unpredictable and if you alter too much you can end up on a completely different line of history (for example, going from a dystopia tyranny to World War 3)

5. Fate itself will screw you over in this verse as various actions, such as a characters death, will be set in stone in certain lines of history. Which makes the actual act of altering history very difficult as you either need to slingshot yourself to a distant timeline and hope it's better or indirectly gaslight past versions of people in order to not cause paradoxes

Edit: 6. You can only travel back a certain amount of time, as each attempt to travel your memories backwards without sending a timeline altering D-Mail requires you to travel a set period of time. Which prevents you from time traveling too far from the creation of the time machine

I think imp's is still pretty bad because on top of it being completely useless in a fight, it's somewhat useless even for the bureaucracy of hell; an imp is pretty unlikely to actually corrupt someone as they have almost nothing to offer in a contract.

This also makes me want to say chimpanzee for peak human physical characteristics, they only have peak human speed and stamina (technically they also have peak human AP but that's via kinetic energy and they don't have it on striking strength)

For the former, Sans can play the "ba dum tss" drum sound whenever he makes a pun. I don't know, maybe it can help to enhance his Social Influencing by making his jokes funnier?

For the latter, his only feats with it are:
1. Producing an infinitely layered joke book containing a quantum physics book which contains another joke book that contains another quantum physics book and so on.
2. Being able to prank people across time and space according to Papyrus which... doesn't really tell us much.
