Worst Users Of Every Power

Nominating Komugi for worst Genius Intelligence. She is an extraordinary genius when it comes to Gungi and Meruem, another extraordinary genius who had a superhuman learning ability that allowed him to master skills just by seeing them once and had borderline precognition that let him make thousands of moves in his head and accurately predicted their outcomes in a moment, couldn't beat her even a single time despite having played at least over a hundred matches with her. The only problem? She's only that smart when it comes to this one specific game and is otherwise unusualin stupid in every other aspect.
It gets worse.

  • Rapidly Evolving Gungi Playing Skills: As a genius, Komugi seems to unconsciously use Nen when she plays Gungi. Her ability enables her to uncannily improve in Gungi with every game played. Her Gungi abilities seem to be so great due to a harsh restriction she has placed on herself, which is that if she were to ever lose a game, she would lose her life.

In HxH, Nen abilities can be made stronger with more costly restrictions/vows/resolves.
Hence Komugi's ability being so strong; Hers seems to be that she'll die if she loses a game.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the suicide lol.

I think I have a contender.

Clefairy's profile kind of glosses over it, but it's there.

Magnetism Manipulation (Not combat applicable),

MoonOn nights with a full moon, they gather together and dance. The surrounding area is enveloped in an abnormal magnetic field.

AFAIK, Clefairy can't learn anything like Magnet Rise, Magnet Bomb, nor Magnetic Flux. (The last of which is also awful Statistics Manipulation; It raises the Def & Sp. Def of ally-side Pokemon (User & ally if applicable.) with the Plus or Minus ability, but the only Pokemon that can learn Magnetic Flux at all are Electrode, Zapdos, Ampharos, Magnezone, Probopass, Klinklang, Magearna, Toxtricity, & Sandy Shocks. Of those, only Ampharos, Klinklang & Toxtricity can have Plus or Minus, making it awful for the others.)

Yup, it literally does nothing.

Kalifa's water manipulation can probably dethrone this. She creates bubbles that happen to be weak to water itself lol
Don't think that works, since while the weakness is ironic for the category Kalifa's bubbles still have decent combative usages in defense and offense scenarios.

As opposed to John Constantine who's water manip is basically just a parlor trick with him manipulating his beer to make a snake image.

Gonna suggest Naota Nandaba (in his first key) for portal creation and gravity manipulation.

Portal Creation:

It creates portals bringing machines from an organization trying to destroy all life in the galaxy to him. He can’t control when it happens since it’s based on his emotions and occasionally the emotions of those around him. The portal is created in his head and occasionally the heads of his friends. Sometimes the machines that come out of it don’t come out all the way and just drag him around by the head, and other times he gets caught on/by them as they come out. The machines that come out are always fighting, and in all cases but one were actively hostile to and much stronger than him, so this puts him in a lot of danger. It also appears to be painful or at least leave him dazed. It only seems to go in one direction. Lastly, it causes various things to sprout out of his head including horns, bumps, cat ears, and the trigger of a gun, and makes it so his brain appears to be missing on medical scans, which gets him a lot of unwanted attention.

Gravity manipulation:

When the aforementioned portals open, he gets lifted slightly into the air, then falls.
By comparison, the Trickster’s gravity rooms can at least confuse intruders and potentially get them to fall for a trap.

Kusuo Saiki can sweat. On the bright side, his smoke manipulation is actually useful now while John's is another parlor trick AND he can make people cough with it.
