Since the Empty Child isn’t natural, Arnim would likely try to use the mind control on him. The Chula Nanobots would fight back against it and it likely wouldn’t work. Then he would try to attack, but the Empty Child would just regenerate. He has superior stats, but the Empty Child’s hax is superior, and would regenerate from any attack he could throw at him. While the biological manip from the Child wouldn’t work due to Arnim’s non-organic physiology, Arnim would certainly get harmed at least a bit by the Empty Child’s attacks, and enough of them would probably beat him.

Tl;dr: EC regenerates from all of Arnim’s attacks and just pokes him a few times until he’s dead, which makes the match seem like a lot more of a stomp than it actually is.
