Most UNSC bullet weapons are 9-C to 9-B but higher with penetration. Still, the Assault Rifle can be fierce if rapid fired. As for the Covenant weapons, most of them are 9-B except for Fuel Rod and Needler; both of which are Small Building level+. Fuel Rod is like 1 kilogram away from 8-C. FanofRPGs did a calc for Needler somewhere, but not sure where it's at; he did the calc for most of the Covenant weapons.
And yeah, Akame does have the obvious advantage in CQC, but the distance is giving John the advantage here; especially with speed equalized. Needler is also made even more deadly given the original 54 m/s is being upgraded for due to equalization. So that's also going to be dangerous for Akame.
