Wolverine would blitz, but since he lacks mystery (no magic or mythology), he won't be able to hurt Lancer. Lancer can use either of his Noble Phantasms to guarantee a hit on the faster Logan, and since Cu's spear has an anti-healing curse he negates the Regenerationn and wins.
