The Wind Fish should have existence erasure due to completely erasing the islands below him from existence and making them dissapear.
In the ending scene of Link's Awakening, the Wind Fish notes that he will be the cause of the islands ceasing to exist. Furthermore, he does not only say the island will be erased, he also says that his dream is an entire world seperate from Koholint Island, which would notably be at least planetary level existence erasure. As he states he will cause the entirety of the dream to come to end along with the island.
If you haven't watched further into the clip yet, here is the island and its inhabitants completely being erased out of existence.
This should also give Link resistance to existence erasure. As he is unaffected by the erasure and promptly wakes up after it.
