After their edits were undone, they not only blanked the page, but also wrote "common L" on the page. After it was reinstated, they vandalised the page again. This user is clearly malicious in my eyes.

I was just about to make a report about the Red Baldloon page's unwarranted changes. The same happened to Baldi's page. I keep a close eye on Baldi's Basics versus battle analysis, and I think it's worth mentioning that unwarranted upgrades like those have happened in the past. Here I linked the first time and the second time I saw (which were dealt with already). I've left them a message- I'm unsure whether an immediate ban is appropriate, although I do note that they inserted Tier 0 into a profile. I feel we are often too overzealous when it comes to that.
There are exactly three levels of protection available to us as options. It goes straight from "everyone who is appropriately signed up to the wiki with a confirmed email" to "only administrators can edit this".

Hesitantly have offered him a message warning him that what he's doing is against the rules, and how he can try to do so within the rules. I've undone what edits needed undone and deleted the profile he created, which was very low quality. We'll see how this pans out, do report it again if he continues.
