Why isn't the iland level MLP feat an outlier?

They survived the explostion of the changeling kingdom. There is a calc that puts the younger versions of them at 7-A, so it's not an outlier.

Nothing on there make a Mountion feat consistent.

They only have two mountain level feats, but so? It's not like they've lost to things lower than mountain level.

While with Rainbow Dash's Cutiemark, Rarity quickly shifts clouds above all of ponyville and beyond reaching to the horizon. She's terribad at magic as far as Unicorns go and she's also under a wrong cutiemark meaning she's also terribad at controlling the weather.

That's 3 feats... Oh, and let's not forget all the crazy things NORMAL ponies can do (Like Big mac pulling a whole house) that puts them at Tier 8-A... and the mane six are WAY above most ponies.

Not know about the verse, but controling the weather, and whatever yield is resulted by it, is considered Enviromental Destruction, and doesn't scale to other characteristics; it only would scale to the ones that can do equal or better at weather manipulation.

Literally all of the power the characters have is performed by magic, such as TK, energy blasts, weather manipulation, etc. Even the Earth's Pony strength and agriculture is passive magic.
Rarity doing that scales.

Weather magic can scale to another weather magic, but in the way that you are telling me, there's another kind of magic, and in theory, it shouldn't scale. A calc about the another types would be required to scale them.

Most people disagreed with the Weather Manipulation = Environmental damage when it was discussed ages ago. If they have weather manipulation, and other offensive magic, it makes no sense for weather powers, which are usually depicted as being casual and easy to perform, to be astronomically weaker than offensive spells.
As for it being an outlier. No. Filly Rainbow Dash has a mountain level feat that she does again as a Mare. Rarity casually moved all the clouds in the sky, and she's the weakest. Pinkie Pie shook a mountain range by screaming loudly. Shining Armor created a city sized forcefield with his magic easily. They have enough feats to warrant it being consistent.

Why was Weather Manipulation being environmental damage even a discussion?
It's like saying that creating something doesn't scale to AP as you're not destroying anything.

We reach the concensus of not scale weather manipulation or any kind of Enviromental Destruction to another stats, and that was a relatively resent discussion.
However, if MLP has others Mountain level level feats, the Island level feat isn't necessary an outlier, and if was discussed previous, I'm good with let it that way.
