Aside from the blatant cartoon physics involved (you can't "crack" the sun since it's not solid), the baseline for Star level is actually destroying the sun, which she didn't do.
I'd say put her at 5-A or possibly low 4-C at best, since she did crack several other planets along the way, and if the sun were solid, cracking it would probably require Large Planet level to Small Star level power anyway.
