He has "Low Regenerationn" which is basically just healing at a faster rate than regular humans. I think he has that due to recovering his injuries from the Elder Centipede and Garou fights pretty quickly. Not sure.

we never saw him heal from any wounds faster than normal. he just has really good tanking ability and endurance. after getting one shot by zenko he collapses and is sent to the hospital, we dont know what happens after that.

I dunno about this. If we were to analize every ingury in fiction then compare the real world time for it heal vs the in universe time it took to heal, virtually every character would have regen.
