Why Base Hyrule Warriors Ganondorf is at least Star Level

In this scene, Base Ganondorf casually defeats Full Triforce Cia. The Triforce itself is Star Level.

Also Ganondorf was at 3/4 power at the time.

As for the last part, Cia's seal on Ganondorf lasted for like 1 or 2 levels.

Just wondering if Cia was actually using the full power of the Triforce during the fight, or if Cia was just holding onto it.

But then, Cia releases the Triforces of Courage and Wisdom back to their original owners, and manages to seal Ganondorf (as stated in 2:22) using the Triforce of Power.

Evidence seems to point Cia not using the Triforce at all in that particular scenario when Ganondorf battered her around.

She was bloodlusted at the time due to the fact that she knows Ganondorf was controlling her, so she most likely did use it. She gave Courage and Wisdom back because she knew she could not seal Ganondorf for long. And she couldn't, he got out in the very next level.

Unknown, but the Triforce has been stated to be omnipotent in the past.
