The sim can still do stuff like universal time stop, time travel, make people fall in love with him with a few words, etc.

In-fact, I let this die because they are intangible.

Couldn't the Combine do the same? All they would have to do is capture a single sim and then mass produce them via synthing. Also if we take the Combine Overwatch as example, then all Combine are physically incapable of betraying the Combine. So making them fall in love in null

I don't see the abilty to grab ghosts, let alone clone them

Then the sims cant really do anything either if they stay ghosts. Literally if the sims do that the Combine would simply invade the planet and wait the sims out.

They can still clone themself, mind control people, create stoems all over the place, pisses stuff, transmutate stuff, summon everything they could regardless, etc.

They can litirally do anything they could otherwise.
