Who can kill The One Above All

I'll give you a List of JBW Characters, Yxz, HOSTLESS, Daniel (Wanked), MLPLover2011 (The Return), Crimson Khorne, The Emerald Emperor, HATE, Omni-Gigyas, Chuck Norris (Meme Edition) the list goes on and on and they all claim to beat TOAA
 
Joseph Stalin's Godly-Divine Power of Communism and the Red Army steps on The-One-Above-All only noticing a week later that TOAA is a flat piece of cardboard on a Soldier's Foot
 
Is it possible that hax weapons that can instantly erase matter from existence, like Mario's Giga Broom, could beat him, or no?
 
Mario has the Magic Rod and can just wish the One Above All to be a piece of bread, Mario can die from being touched by the Goombas, so TOAA<Goomba
 
Azathoth can beat The-One-Above-All, Yog-Sothoth is Omnipotent but cannot defeat Azathoth because Yog-Sothoth is a part of Azathoth, Yog-Sothoth = TOAA, so when Azathoth wakes up, TOAA becomes completely erased from existence, don't take this logic seriously 8)
 
For real:

TOAA is the 2nd weakest tier 0.

Why? Because his outerversal tiering in his own verse is fininte and small (I mean, it´s just TOAA then Divine Precense then Oblivion, a baseline 1-A, and the rest is just High 1-B and below).

The weakest tier 0 goes to Kami Tenchi, as he is not only way featless, but is only above 3 equally powerfuls 1-As.

Point is, virtually any High 1-A character (and likely even some 1-A characters) can one shot the golden grandpa.

High 1-A and 0 are going to be merged together soon anyways, so omnipotence is no longer an excuse, as that´s also going away.

Yog-Sothoth equals TOAA and Omnipotence is High 1-A, also Yog<Azathoth so TOAA<Yog
