Koishi Komeji, via mind hax. Since it passive, she can "resist" speed blitzing of sort, and just mind hax him into submission.
Amitabha: Manages to be faster, and has enough AP to defeat him.

Anyone with enough AP/hax and Infinite to Immeasurable speed takes it, really.

Flash is extremely resistance to mind manipulation. He has teammates (martian manhunter) who can mind control trillions of humans/aliens, and people across galaxies. Flash can speed up his thought process to resist telepathy.

Even if Wally manages to kill him, Swamp Thing would come back with one of his plethora of hax to kill Wally eventually. And I'm pretty sure ST has resisted powers far greater than the Speed Steal, but you might have to ask Matthew Shroeder.

Alien-X has been stated omnipotent several times in the show. He might not be omnipotent from the perspective of this forum. Though he can just warp Flash out of existence. He also seemed to be immune from all kind of physical damage

Can we stop with this Alien X omnipotent nonsense, recreating a universe is so pathetic compared to a true omnipotent, being stated to be omnipotent when you have no feats or established scaling of being far beyond other characters who themselves are beyond dimension scale, conceptualization, existence, non-existence, causality etc, means nothing.

Speedblitzes how? Alien-X is invulnerable. He can erase him or cut his connection with the speedforce
