Crowley pulls out the Molecular Combustion and blows them all to smithereens in a moment. Or puts them all to sleep with a snap of his fingers. Could almost certainly clear a 4v1, but he's much more likely to dominate them gauntlet-style because that fits his character and mentality a whole lot better.

From what little I know about The Lord Ruler, he demolishes in a 4v1 as well. Passive empathic-hax takes care of everyone except Able, who basically just gets the crap beaten out of him thanks to Rashek's other hax and versatility.

Also, if we're allowed to use characters from the same verse as everyone else here, the High 8-C tier also contains SCP-682.
