Who all can defeat Lifebringer Galactus?

Who are some characters, when at base level, can defeat Galactus at least 6/10 times?

By "Galactus", I mean Lifebringer.

The criteria for this must be characters who can defeat him while they're at their own base level — so this does NOT include God Doom who obtained his powers through power-ups and stealing the powers of others. It also does NOT include Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet or Heart of the Universe.

It can, however, use someone like Dr. Strange, since his skill set primarily depends on drawing energy from other sources, and that's typically included in his base powers.

So, with that said, who are characters that can undoubtedly defeat a fully powered Galactus at least 6/10 times?

So, Oblivion? Obviously, TOAA could but that's a given.

The Beyonder, even at Pre-Retcon, is only ranked as high 1-B, which is interesting — considering his power was said to dwarf everything that exists within the Multiverse.

I'd say the Beyonder is one character who would defeat Galactus with relative ease; however, he has the same ranking.

Wait are we limiting this to Marvel? If so, yeah. Beyonder and Oblivion. As well as Fulcrum and pre-retcon TLT.

Anyone above Eternity could beat him tbh

I'm pretty sure Batroc the Leaper would beat him rather handily.
