Hmmm, I vote for White with High-Diff, he can use his sword to bend the space to deflect Whitebeard's in-air attacks or if he at it head on against Whitebeard, White can distort the space around Whitebeard's Bisento so he can't attack him, but when he goes melee, and realizes that physical attacks are not effective against his opponent, he simply flies away from the range of his target and use Danmaku combined with Homing Attack to overwhelm his opponent. In addition White has more combat experience than Whitebeard, which helps him even more.
