Which characters on here would perform significantly better in match ups if "blood lusted" was a requirement instead of merely being optional?

Goku would definitely benefit as his first moves would probably be stacking a bunch of multipliers on himself and trying to speedblitz an enemy. And immediate Kamehameha (atomization) so that's a thing. Any magical transmuters that don't transmute enemies nearly enough would also benefit.
