When did Dragon Ball characters officially reach the speed of light?

Before anyone brings up Dragon Ball being FTL since Dragon Ball saga, it's even more of an outlier than Master Roshi's Moon level outlier. Sorry, just had to get that out of the way, but still humorous to bring up Goku outpacing Tien's solar flare to grab a pair of sunglasses and all the way back.
And yeah, Piccolo's Moon busing feat was 0.16c, but Goku with Kaioken x4 would still make him 0.64c against fighting Vegeta. Which is Relativistic+ Then First form Frieza had his Death Ball calc'd at 0.25c, but is probably much higher via power scaling. Not sure if Frieza's 2nd and 3rd forms respectively are accepted as being twice as strong as each previous form; it sort of is in terms of AP, but not so much in terms of speed by the looks of it. But Kaioken would make Son Goku at least 5c and possibly 20c; with Super Saiyan at the time being at least 10c and possibly 40c.

Is there any true evidince that dbz characters have reached lightspeed because i find it kinda inconsistent saying (goku moves at the speed of light because of power up) seesing how dbz and dbs have the worst powerscaling if the db franchise. The only evidince i know is Dyspo and we all know that was bs that was.
