What would happend if Dante tried to use/hold this sword ?

Would he get corrupted like Inuyasha was or would he be able to overcome it's powers?

Think of Dante in his DMC3 incarnation at his strongest.

Also, to wich calc scales So'unga? The 124 KT or the 3.3 MT

Well it's dependant on willpower but it's more difficult for Half Demons. I think Dante could pull it off but barely.

But Sesshomaru is a full demon and I remember that somewhere in that movie they said that even he would have problems holding it.

Even then in it's page it says it works with "weak" demons.

That's cuz even if you aren't immediately possessed by So'unga, it's still gonna do it's best to try and goad you into doing what it wants. Fodder Demons would get immediately possessed without a thought, even Inuyasha wasn't immediately taken over by So'unga as more as his arm got hijacked, even when he fought Sesshomaru.

Dante would definitely not be able to hold that hellish sword without lossing his mind. If Sesshomaru was stated to be not immune to its possession and Inuyasha, who is just as determined and stubborn as Sesshomaru, struggled to keep his mind from getting overtaken by So'unga Dante should follow suit and be just as vulnerable. On top of that, the sword even overpower Sesshoamru when he was not even holding it.

I believe it is the 3.3MT that So'unga scales from. It tore up a huge swath of area with Dragon Twister and corrupted an even larger area of land as it began devouring the souls that were in Hell.
