Her fireball feat should be downgraded, too. Said to be powerful enough to destroy a large snow monster.... it's fire. One part of the snow melted, and the rest fell away. She couldn't do it to an ice monster, and a casual sword slash from Charming (episode Miller's Daughter in season 2), who is a regular human, cut through it with a regular sword, meaning it's not fast, either.
She is portrayed horribly incosistently. Her destructive power should be among tier 8, with magic hax putting her above that. It most likely dpends on her emotion at the time (an actual 7B would not run away from regular human guards of Wonderland, which she did in Hat Trick.), so don't JUST upgrade her. She needs more versions. Tier 8 during her weaker moments, and tier 7 during her stronger moments, with prep obviously being higher. All OUAT characters should be like this, in fact.
