Though, considering the upcoming crt might upgrade the outer gods to Tier 0, Azzy and Yog might become much higher than they currently are.

Well afaik, if revisions come to fruition, there is the likelihood that the rest of the outer gods will be tier 0, and that yoggy will be either equal or superior to azzy

As of current, Azathoth is above Yog-Sothoth and therefore the rest which makes him by by technicality, the strongest character on the wiki. Of course, his profile as well as the rest of the Mythos, is massively outdated and due a major CRT soon.
There's a chance that the Outer Gods may get Tier 0 keys that Yog-Sothoth transcends but this isn't set in stone.
Generally though, ranking Tier 0s is always a bad idea, especially considering that their verses almost always in flux and the controversy that might arise.
