ok this has been a confusion in the community, saitama has infinite power or infinite potential, garou also has infinite potential, but now let's see, saitama has infinite power or infinite potential.
the concept of the limiter:
gyoro gyoro and dr genus explain, for breaking the limiter you need to overcome death.
what can be understood is that the limiter is the mechanism that limits the power/strength of the user and is what prevents the strength from growing when you reach the limit, but the potential you have can allow you to overcome that limit and become stronger, but there are one difference, not breaking the limiter, since in reality you are just extending it and you still have that limit, but saitama is the only one who really broke the limiter and gained incalculable strength.
the difference between garou and saitama:
ok the difference between garou and saitama is that garou has more potential than saitama, since gyoro gyoro said: your body has unlimited potential / limitless

but even with that infinite potential (which some supposedly say saitama has) he can't completely remove the limiter,
and something curious is that saitama is the opposite of garou, saitama has no talent or potential, he is practically a piece of shit against pure gold, but saitama did break his limits and gained infinite strength.
this is because as gyoro gyoro said, to break the limiter you must be in constant pain to the body and soul, and dominate death (almost die, and overcome death to break the limiter) and saitama was in multiple occasions about to die and broke his limits, to the point where he completely broke the limiter and gained infinite strength (losing his hair) in fact, the same thing happened with saitama vs crablante, saitama was losing, but out of nowhere he gained strength and I managed to beat him (and what you wanted was already almost half dead).
conclusion:
garou has infinite potential to grow, evolve, adapt and develop, both in soul and body, but saitama is already at the top and not have infinite potential,he has infinite power.
by the way saitama should have:
resurrection (since to break the limiter you must dominate death, and in fact metal bat said that with fighting spirit you can come back even if you die) manipulation of the laws (the limiter is a law set by god) and resistance to corruption (physics of the soul, since if you don't break the limiter with I exist, you become a mindless monster)

Rather than CR, this should be place on QnA? I don’t know what Alexander thinking, whether he actually serious or not about this.

is it about 1-A or 1-A+? I only agree with the latter

not sure about resurrection

Your scans are about monsterization.

Anyway, no you don't need to die and resurrect to succeed. In fact, death is what happen when you fail to do so.

There's nothing calling the limiter a law.

Aand you only become mindless if you can't control your own power. It's not a resistance but a weakness of the processus.

another problem.......well i am ready to die soon enough
dude, calm down.

First you did this with Naruto. Then you pulled up God of War. Now this? You're already banned from CRTs and here you are violating that. If you take this any further you risk getting a permaban, you already sent some weird shit to Ultima on his message thread and got reported for it, what more do you want?
