You know I'm referring to do a different "listening" in this case, you clearly only looked at the fact that they happen to rap a similar genre and decided to call all of them generic and neglected to go any further

I wouldn't call Yeat mid for no reason, right? I actually gave a reason why I thought he was generic. Admittedly, I don't hate all of Yeat's stuff. He has a couple of songs that are nice for when you're in the whip, or even working out. He ain't nothing special, though.

Your reason is based on him being generic when I clearly don't think the same thing, I'm really only gonna assume that you didn't listen much to his shit at all or very closely in this case

I actually tried listening to 2 Alive (Geek Pack), and got bored halfway through.

There was some songs that were okay though.

Another problem with Yeat (which also applies to many other rappers):

Rap albums nowadays are far too long and bloated. Theses mfs be having 20-25 songs in their albums nowadays.

You shouldn't have anymore than 16 or so songs on your album.

That's another reason why albums be boring asf.

YoungBoy deadass dropped a 30-song album last Friday. I'm not joking. It fr took me like 4 days to listen to all of it (album ended up being solid).
