i wanted to know what it was because i cant seem to find anything that can tell me his writing speed and in the games time litteraly stops.

What is maxwells cannon writing speed?

I don't think he has a canon writing speed? I'd just take the higher end speed for most children, which is 94 letters per minute according to Wikipedia. If you want the high speed for people in general, Wikipedia says 120―155 letters per minute. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Words_per_minute#Handwriting
Although then again, I think there has been at least one promo animation where we see him write stuff. You could measure how long it takes him to write and compare that to the shortest possible word for what he created.
